Refund and Returns Policy

At Hydroteq, we strive to ensure that your online shopping experience is seamless and satisfactory. Should you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the products for a refund, adhering to the following policies. Our return policy aligns with Australian Consumer Law and is contingent upon the conditions specified below.

Change of Mind Returns

While we are pleased to accommodate returns for a change of mind, please be advised that we reserve the right to impose a 25% restocking fee or reject a return that does not meet our policy criteria outlined below. Kindly note that requests to cancel an order due to a change of mind may be subject to individual assessment and not guaranteed

Cancellations

  • Orders that have already been shipped and are to be cancelled must be returned to us at the customer’s expense.
  • The return product must be securely packaged and sent via registered post for tracking purposes.
  • Please note that the customer assumes responsibility for the product until it reaches us, and tampered products are not eligible for refunds.
  • Postage costs will not be reimbursed.

Incorrect or Damaged Products Delivered

If you receive incorrect or damaged items, you may qualify for a replacement or refund. Please notify our team within 7 days of parcel receipt for assistance.

Faulty Product

In the event of a defective product, contact our team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the product’s condition.

Our customer support team will assess the situation and may offer solutions such as facilitating warranty support, providing a replacement, issuing a refund, or exchanging the product based on the Manufacturer’s Policy.

Warranty

All items sold by us are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. To be eligible for warranty support, the original invoice must be provided, and the items must have been used as per the manufacturer’s guidelines, not misused, or adjusted by an unauthorized party. Other warranties beyond these conditions are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.


Conditions for Returns

To initiate a return, contact our team within 7 days of receiving the parcel and return the items within 30 days. The items must be in resalable condition, unused, in original packaging with all accessories and manuals included. Refunds or exchanges are not accepted for “Special Order” items outside our core range. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility, and sale items are not refundable or exchangeable. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
